Katie Sacasa, Speech-Language Pathologist


Katie earned a Bachelor’s degree in Audiology and Speech Sciences from Michigan State University before going on to complete a Master’s in Communication Sciences and Disorders at Florida State University. She has extensive experience working in public schools in Miami, FL and Atlanta, GA, as well as several years experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder in Dublin, Ireland. Before joining ICT, Katie was the coordinator of speech therapy services at a children’s outpatient therapy center in Pittsburgh, PA. Katie loves working with children, especially in the area of speech pathology. She views communication as the foundation of relationships, and she is passionate about supporting kids in learning how to communicate, interact, and make friends. Katie is certified by the American Speech Language Hearing Association and has received training in DIR/Floortime, SCERTS, PECS, Beckman Oral Motor techniques, and Social Thinking.
