We always have a spooktacular time at our annual Halloween party, and this year was no exception. Our staff and teens worked hard to plan activities and transform the office into a funhouse! Here’s a peek at the festivities (be sure to scroll all the way to the bottom for a bonus print-out of pumpkin seed activities you can do at home!):

Costumes!

From princes and princesses to super heroes and more, we loved seeing our kiddos in costume.

Spooky Story Time

A member of our teen group delighted the kids by leading a Halloween-themed story time. We also used visuals to help them understand the stories.

Slimy Sensory Fun

Halloween lends itself to unique sensory experiences, like feeling “eyeballs” (grapes), “worms” (gummy worms), and “blood” (jello).

Moody Music

The children sang and danced to Halloween-themed songs with Ms. Julia.

Mystical Movement

Therapy swings and obstacle courses are always fun, but they’re even better in costume!

Boo-tiful Bubbles

A party isn’t a party without bubbles, right?

Moonlit Mindfulness

Ever since we started yoga at ICT, we do it every chance we get.

Thank you to everyone who helped make this year’s Halloween party a success!

Bonus! Here’s a printout of fun pumpkin seed activities you can do at home!
